Design, Synthesis and Biological Activity Study of Novel 2-(Pyrazol-5-yl)-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinone Derivatives
The safe and effective use of insecticides to fight serious crop damage from harmful pests is an essential element in both defense of the food supply and prevention of disease transmission. Due to the ability of insects to rapidly develop resistance, the discovery of agents with novel structure or action on new biochemical targets is an important tool for effective pest management. 2 , 3-Dihydro-4 ( 1H)quinazolinone ring and pyrazole ring are important heterocycles due to their wide range of biological acivities. The novel 2-(pyrazol-5-yl)-2 ,3-Dihydro-4 (1H)-quinazolinone derivatives were designed, synthesized, and screened for biological activity.
