Design, Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of Triamide Compounds
Tolfenpyrad, a commercialized Pyrazolecarboxamide Derivatives, shows good insecticidal/acaricidal activity against Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, Thysanoptera and eriophyid mites in vegetables, ornamentals and fruit, also active against the fungus Sphaerotheca fuliginea. Chlorantraniliprole, discovered by Du pont, is a broad-spectrum insecticide with novel structure and new mechanism only acting on RyR distributed in insects. In this paper, using methods of active substructure combination and the intermediate derivatization method, a series of triamide compounds combining some structures of Tolfenpyrad and Chlorantraniliprole were designed, synthesized and bioassayed. The structure-activity relationships of the synthesized compounds were also discussed comprehensively.
