Novel Molecular Recognition Mechanism Between Different Bioactive GA Molecules and Arabidopsis Receptor GID1A

Gibberellins ( GAs) are essential plant hormones and play significant signaling transduction function in higher plant growth and development process. The molecular recognition mode between GAs and target Arabidopsis thaliana GIBBERELLIN INSENSITIVE DWARF1 A (AtGIDIA) was investigated by Surf lex-Dock algorithm to clarify the selective perceived mechanism of different bioactive GAs molecules for AtGIDIA.
