Preliminary Studies on the Mechanism of 2- (5-Fluoro indolyl)-4-methyl-1,3- thiazoline Against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum
Both thiazoline ring and mdole ring are important structure unit ol the compounds processing many kinds of bioactivity. Our lab combined the two groups and synthesized a series of novel 2-indolyl thiazoline derivatives. Among them, derivatives containing fluorine atom are the most highest activity. In this paper, the inhibition bioactivities and the action mechanism against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib. ) de Bary of a new compound 2-(5-fluoro indolyl)-4-methyll ,3- thiazoline were studied.
