Biological Activity of Novel Neonicotinoid Insecticide Cycloxaprid Against Grape Leafhopper

摘要：

Cycloxaprid with cis-configuration is a novel neonicotinoid insecticide, developed in China, which has good industrialisation prospect for its high activity against imidacloprid-resistant pests. The bioactivity of cycloxaprid against grape leafhopper was investigated. The toxicity test of cycloxaprid against grape leafhopper nymphs was conducted by dipping leaves. The results demonstrated that cycloxaprid had excellent quick-acting against grape leafhopper, and the LC50 and LC90 values of cycloxaprid against grape leafhopper at 24 h were 6. 4 and 20. 6 mg/L respectively.
