The Research of a New Fungicide, LH-2010As Fungicidal Spectrum, Action Mode and Its Mechanism for Rhizoctonia solani Kohn

摘要：

Studies were conducted to determine the fungicidal spectrum, action mode and mechanism of a new fungicide LH-2010A. The mycelial linear growth rate and leaf discs floating method was used to determine the toxicity of LH-2010A to 13 pathogens. Meanwhile, the absorption and conduction of LH-2010A in cucumber plants, the effects of LH-2010A on the process of asexual reproduction and membrane permeability of Rhizoctonia solani Kohn, and the joint action of LH2010A with 4 inhibitors for Rhizoctonia solani Kohns respiratory metabolism were also detected.
