An Optimal Method of Disc Structure by ANSYS Parametric Design Language
In this paper, according the finite element analysis technology and ANSYS finite element analysis software, the strength analysis of disc is calculated by APDL (ANSYS parametric design language). According to the requirements of the disc, get the lightest disc. To satisfy the conditions of the availability of the equivalent stress and the circumferential stress, the quality of the disc is reduced by 10. 2%. This method of optimal design has great practical engineering value.
