According to the vibration anomalies of certain type rocket engine turbopump in the experiments, combined with the structural characteristics of turbopump, it is diagnosed that the rotor system occurs instability phenomenon caused by subsynchronous whirling motioa In accordance with subsynchronous whirling motion mechanism, adopt the solutions by increasing the tight force of lock nut, or expanding the clearance between sleeve and shaft, the experiments of which indicate that the schemes are feasible.
