The Design of Counter-Rotating Dual-Rotor Experimental Apparatus

According to the similar structure and dynamic principles of a certain type of aero engine, the design of an aero engine counter-rotating dual-rotor experimental apparatus with two kinds of inter-shaft bearing structures is completed. The dynamic balance and co-or counter-rotating running test of this experimental apparatus is done. The results show that the counter-rotating dual-rotor experimental apparatus meet the design requirements, and can be used to study the rotor dynamic characteristics, the dual-rotor dynamic balance technology, the rotor common faults modes, the inter shaft bearing faults modes and the active and passive rotor vibration control of co-or counter-rotating dual-rotor structure with two kinds of inter shaft bearing structures.
