Fuzzy Reliability Research on Vibration of Blades Considering Fuzziness of both Failure Zone and Influence Factors
The vibration process of blades includes a lot of fuzzy uncertainties. The fuzziness of both vibration failure zones and basic variables were considered comprehensively to assess the blades reliability under vibration in this paper. The fuzzy avoidresonance reliability model of blades was established by introducing random distributions into the truncated intervals of fuzzy variables, and a numerical method was proposed to obtain the approximate solution of the model. Meanwhile, the fuzzy fatigue-strength reliability model of blades was established by transforming the membership functions of fuzzy variables into their corresponding equivalent random density functions, and the analytic solution of the model was deduced. Finally, the models were applied to assess the reliability of one certain compressor blades under vibration. The result showed that it is reasonable and feasible to use fuzzy method to assess the blades reliability under vibratioa.
