Turboprop Engine Performance Simulation and Analysis
Due to mature technologies, high reliability, low fuel consumption as well as a substantial increase in oil prices, civil regional aircrafts powered by turboprop have always had a high degree of importance. With the rapid development of the computer technology, performance calculating of the aero engine has been a very important technology in its research, design, manufacture, experiment and application. Based on the research on the structure and working principle of turboprop engine, a numerical model of turboprop engine was presented after the detailed analysis on calculating methods of thermodynamic parameters and performance parameters. Developed with the programming language C+ +, the numerical simulation software was established.
