The 2D calibration error analysis and compensation in the visual measurement
Plane calibration error cant be avoided, which has a direct influence on the measurement accuracy in the 2D vision measurement system. This paper first analyzes the law of error distribution which occurs commonly in 2D plane calibration and establishes the infinitesimal error compensation model bases on this law. The pixels error on the plane is compensated through image correcting and pixels object plane coordinate rebuilding. The result shows that this method can reduce the error effectively so that the accuracy of the vision measurement system is improved.
