Research on the Working Performance of Driving Shaft of Axial Piston Pump Based on Virtual Prototype Technology
The virtual prototype of axial piston pump is discussed in detail through the application in investigation of the working performance of driving shaft.Four sub-models are introduced firstly.The data is transferred between the four sub-models through software interfaces.The liquid-solid coupling and rigid-flex coupling of driving shaft model are achieved by the co-simulation model.Then the force and torque states acting on the driving shaft are analyzed utilizing the co-simulation model when the pump works in the worst condition.Simultaneously the stress state and deformation state of driving shaft are analyzed.According to the design requirements of other parts of pump, some proposals are presented for driving shaft to ensure the normal working performance of pump.
