Design and Analysis of Gun-type Micro Resistance Welding System for Solar Battery Array
The gun-type micro resistance welding system for the solar battery array by the method of resistance spot welding and with automatic operation, equipped with machine vision monitoring which can monitor the condition of the welding real-time. Analysis the solder metallographic after welding, the solder joint combines interface closely, with no local no welding or soldering, cracks, holes or other obvious defects, and have good performance. The welding system is developed to realize the high efficiency of solar array automatic assembly and welding, which has the important significance in improving the solar array solder joint bearing capacity, extreme temperature mechanics performance, reliability and the conductivity.
