Information fusion in pulsed GTAW using ANFIS and fuzzy integral
The key of weld automation is to obtain the information which can reflect the welding process precisely, but it is very difficult by using a single sensor because of the intense disturbances. This paper used fuzzy integral to fuse the information obtained by different sensors in pulsed GTAW process, and ANFIS was used to obtain the parameters for fuzzy integral, experiment results showed that the multi-sensor fusion results were better than the results of using single sensor alone.
