An Advanced MEMS Geomagnetic Sensors for Pose Detection

摘要：

The measurement of geomagnetic fields is a necessary condition to the flight attitude in flight. The various new magnetic sensors are developing with the silicon micromachining technique. We introduced an up-to-date MEMS magnetic field sensor on this paper. The mechanism of geomagnetic field detecting was discussed, and some of the important parameters such as the null shift, sensitivity and linearity were analyzed on the basic principle. For the applications of the aerial and the ballistic trajectory, etc., it is important to accurately detect the geomagnetic field to indicate of the position, the speed and rectifying the deviation.
