A Study on Kinetic Characteristic of Manipulator in ATC Based on HHT
Manipulator is one of the reliability weak links in ATC(automatic tool changer), when the manipulator is out of work, it will dramatically increase the abnormal halt time reasoning in lowering down the working efficiency and finally weaken the competition ability of the enterprise. By introducing HHT (Hilbert-Huang Transform), the kinetic status of the manipulator can be monitored so as to observe the work situation; besides, it is possible to pin down the exact time of failure which is helpful to provide some clues for maintainance and improvement of reliability level.
