Research of Lignite Preparing for Gasification Briquette
Lignite is a kind of coal with low coalification degree, poor mechanical strength and thermal stability.The mechanical strength, thermal stability and activities of lignite can be improved by improving the quality and changing the physicochemical property of lignite through briquette technology.It both varies the kinds of the gasified coal, and also blazes a trail in the processing and utilization of lignite.The paper mainly studied the impact of cold briquetting (including the particle size distribution, pressure, molding moisture) on lignite molding.It made the grain size distribution according to the Gates - Gaudin - Schuman formula, determined the properest particle size distribution of modeling, pressure, and molding moisture in the experimental method of single factor, and made the falling strength of the briquette as its mechanical strength.The results showed that it got a best result with the falling strength of all the briquette above at 90％ in the following conditions : modulus m = 0.4, pressure (45MP) , molding moisture ( 18％ ) , There was a peak of briquette strength along with the impact of the factors of cold briquetting to lignite molding.
