Safety Management Strategy of Coal Worker Under the Emotion Perspective

Emotions have both positive and negative impacts on peoples cognitive processes.Studies have shown that the positive emotion plays an important role in promoting understanding between people, while the negative one will devastate the cognition process of Human Beings.In the process of coal mine safety production, the coal mining enterprises start to come up with management strategy in order to deal with the negative emotional impact on the safety operation of miner.
