Analysis on Coal Mine Safety Management from Perspective of Safety Psychology

摘要：

In China, the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents has caused great casualties, property losses and social influence.Related researches have shown that the workers unsafe behaviors are the main reasons of the accidents.The mechanism of unsafe behaviors are analyzed and found out to prevent accidents effectively.In this paper, the motivation of unsafe behaviors are analyzed, and a thorough research is made on the coal miners psychological status and mental activities in accidents from the perspective of fatigue psychological factors, rebellious attitude factors, fluky psychological factors, etc.Besides, based on the analysis results, some appropriate strategies are put forward, in this paper.It has a guiding significance to the safety management of coal mine, and has significant practical value to reduce and avoid accidents.
