HSE-based Jinchuan Group Supply and Marketing Company Oil Depot Accident Warning and Response Mechanism

The oil depot accidents will bring about huge economic loss, causing casualties, leading to the influence on the development of the enterprise.In order to solve the problem and reduce the harm caused by oil depot accident, using the theory of the HSE management system, accident warning and emergency response mechanism, we take Jinchuan group supply and marketing company oil depot for research.HSE management system based on the theory makes accident warning and emergency response more reasonable, humanized, which can effectively decrease the harm on staff caused by accidents.
