This article in view of the coal and gas outburst the problems of our country.Rich reserves of thick coal seam, coal seam complex geological conditions, and coal and gas outburst.Easy to spontaneous combustion thick coal seam mining conditions of coal mining in our country.The sensitivity index and critical value and application laboratory and practice, comprehensive analyze the data.The use of three rate method and grey correlation analysis method, analysis to identify the old longdong coal mine 13 layer of prominent prediction sensitive index and critical value.Realize the coal and gas outburst, eas-y to spontaneous combustion of thick coal seam mining conditions but no protection layer of the mining conditions of reasonable, safe and efficient mining problems.
