A Brief Analysis on the Application of Game Theory in Incentive Mechanism for the Safety Management of Coal Mines

The safety issue of coal mines has all through the ages the top priority of the nations safety mission. Due to the specific characteristic of coal mine industry and the distinctiveness of coal mine accidents in industrial accidents, the safety incentive mechanism appears to be particular important for the safety management of coal mines. Ineffective safety incentive mechanism not only plays a non - positive role, but causes wastes of the nations resources.How to bring the effectiveness and positiveness of the safety incentive mechanism into full play is a challenge for each individual taking in charge of safety management.Based on Pigs Payoffs model, the paper makes a brief analysis on the application of game theory in incentive mechanism for the safety management of coal mines.
