Construction Experience of Safety and High Efficiency Coal Mines in China
In China the construction of safety and high efficiency coal mines originates from that of high output and high efficiency mines.In 1992, the concept of high output and high efficiency mine construction was put forward, and then in 2007 the concept of safety and high efficiency coal mine construction was advanced.With about 20 years construction of safety and high efficiency mines, the coal industry has gone through three stages, which are the beginning stage of investigation, the stage of standard development, and the stage of improvement, popularization and development.This paper mainly analyses the concept of safety and high efficiency coal mine and its construction experiences.The goal of safety and high efficiency mine is to achieve mechanized mining, make safety controllable and maximize comprehensive benefit. These can be described as follows: establishing advanced geologic ensuring system is the basis of constructing safety and high efficiency mine; mining mechanization is its engine; reasonable concentrating production is an important measure; the stable and reliable production system is the necessary guarantee; information - based construction is the support; sci — tech progress and management innovation are the necessary condition.
