Numerical Simulation External Flow of High-pressure Micro-fog System Base on CFD
In order to improve the efficiency of high - pressure spray, the external flow of centrifugal nozzle was numerically simulated by Fluent, and combined with project case to determine the best technical parameters.The simulation results showed that: In the mist torch center, particle velocity was larger, but in the mist torch edge speed was small; when the pressure is constantly same, the smaller the nozzle diameter, the droplet size is also smaller; According to the field measurement, the optimal spray pressure of dust removal effect and nozzle type were determined.Through field application, M102 total coal dust decreased from 265.5 ~650.9mg/m to 21.2 ~45.8mg/m and respirable dust decreased from 86.1 ~ 118.9mg/m3 to 21.2 -45.8mg/m3.
