Research on the Selection of Thin Coal Seam Mining Equipment by Jiangjiawan under the Condition of Two-hard
Main mineable coal seam of Jiangjiawan mine is thin seam under hard rock and hard coal.In order to being safe and efficient mining, we decided comprehensive mechanical mining for mineable coal seam.For occurrence characteristic of Jiangjiawan thin coal seam, we analyzed and calculated on the main equipment selection on the basis of comprehensive mechanical mining equipment, it could provide a reference for similar thin coal seam face to be comprehensive mechanical mining.Based on the analysis and calculated of the full - mechanized mining equipment of thin coal seam, a bit of information for the selection of hydraulic support, shearer and scraper conveyor is put forward to ensure efficient, safe and reliable full -mechanized coal mining, and the advantages of thin coal seam full — mechanized mining equipment is fully displayed. Mining practice showed that adaptability of this set of equipment to thin coal seam face is strong and effect of mining is very good.
