Coal Mine Safety Management Strategy Under the Perspective of Conformity
Conformity is commonly known as the flow , which is the performance of the individual opinion and behavior conforming with groups of most people.In daily life conformity phenomenon can be seen everywhere.In this paper, based on the root causes of conformity, and combining the characteristics of the safety production in coal mine, the influence of conformity is discussed on the coal mine safety production.We find some safety management strategies are found out through the discussion based on the point of view of conformity.
