Application of HSE Management Ideas for Coal Mine Hazards Management

摘要：

This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between the HSE management system and hazards management practices of traditional coal mine to find out the linkages between them.The management ideas of the HSE management system which has already been applied to oil industry maturely.Moreover, combining with the actual needs of the coal mine enterprises , the enlightenment of the hazards in coal mine management was earned and then specific methods of coal mine hazards management was proposed.On this basis, the corresponding coal mine hazard information management system is designed and developed, so as to the effective management of the hazards is achieved.
