Aerodynamic Analysis and Numerical Simulation of the Movement Rule of the Dust in Fully Mechanized Coal Face
For the study of coal dust in fully mechanized coal face movement settlement rule, this article based on gas - solid coupling theory, builds the ideal physical model of solid — phase single particle of dust movement and solves differential equations of motion of the solid - phase single particle under the influence of weight and aerodynamic force.In addition, by using CFD Fluent software for different diameter of the dust deposition simulated, it comes to the law of sorting features and basic motion.The simulation results of the analysis indicate that; coal dust in large diameter pulverized coal particles is capable of rapid subsidence, and the smaller diameter of pulverized coal particles are carried to a far position, sedimentation dust can also be under the high wind speed to produce secondary blowing dust.
