Research on Knowledge Management of Information Technology Teachers from Social Network Analysis Perspective

In this study, the author considers Xuzhou information technology teachers community as the research background, analyses the social network of knowledge communication throughout one year at Time I, II, III &IV.During the research, we can see the whole situation of information technology teachers knowledge management from the community general property of the network;The scope of knowledge communications observe the among information teachers from Degree Centrality;And then it develops the hubs in information technology teachers’ knowledge management from Betweenness Centrality;Besides these, the author studies teachers’ control of knowledge and information from Closeness Centrality and explores the relationship, factions and links in the knowledge management network from Sub-groups & Cliques .The use of the SNA research on knowledge management, covers the old focus on innovation systems and management solutions, helps to identify the implicit knowledge management issues, improves the organizations strategy and policy.
