TPACK Faulty Professional Development Model
In this paper, we intend to describe an effective TPACK-framed professional development program with mentoring support to address the challenges arising from authentic problems of integrating technology with pedagogy in authentic course contexts.Situated in the TPACK framework (Mishra & Koehler, 2006), this TPACK-framed professional development program aims to help maximize its potential in exposing faculty in higher education in the first hand experiences with successful technology integration through an intergeneration mentoring approach.
