The Research about China Draws up the Professional Standards for Teachers in Kindergarten, Primary School and Junior High School

With the development of teachers professionalization movement, the development of the Professional Standards for Teachers has become the focus of teacher education reform in our country.To implement the educational programming outline, promote teacher’s professional development and construct a team of high-quality teachers, the ministry of education draws up professional standards for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers and those three standards are our country’s basic demand for teachers specialty quality in three stages.Now our country’s three tentative Standards doesn’t form the professional teacher standard and there is no agreement or convention in every field, so this essay will explore our country’s Professional Standard for Teachers by researching the teacher professional standards in foreign country, then it analyses the current situation about our country’s professional standard for teachers and put forward some suggestion.Finally I will put forward some suggestions and strategies about designing professional standard for teachers which is fit for the demand of our country’s educational development by drawing on the experience from the foreign country and combining our country’s developing situation.
