Analysis on the Application of Learning Scaffolding in Mobile Learning
The advancement of mobile and wireless communication technologies has encouraged an increasing number of studies concerning mobile learning.However the drawbacks of mobile learning graudually draw many reseearchers’ attention.This paper proposed that learning scaffolding can support mobile learning.It firstly classified the form of learning scaffolding in mobile learning as: question-scaffolding, case-scaffolding, suggestion-scaffolding, diagramscaffolding, guidance-scaffolding and tool-scaffolding.And then it summerized the application of learning scaffolding in mobile learning environment in previous studies.It can be a potential research direction to design appropriate learning scaffolding to facilitate mobile learning.
