Research on the Systematic Design of Activity-centered Blended Learning and its Application Effectiveness
Research of systematic design of activity-centered blended learning is the frontier and hotspot in the field of Educational.It is not only the central issue of learning science, but also the core of blended learning design.Therefore, this study will take the systematic design of activity-centered blended learning as a starting point, based on blended learning theory, activity theory, instructional system design theory, and Learning Path Map methodology, etc., to construct the theoretical framework of activity-centered systematic design, sum up the systematic design strategies of activity-centered blended learning and conduct empirical studies on new employee orientation project in Shenzhen Airlines to examine the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategies; We make the conclusions that the theoretical framework and strategies of activity-centered blended learning systematic design proposed by current research have positive effects on learners’ learning performance and efficacy.Therefore, the current study will be of high value for promoting the integration of curriculum and technologies, increasing teaching quality, optimizing effects of both faceto- face and online learning.
