Study on Innovative Ability of Science and Technology in International Service Outsourcing in Jilin Province
According to statistical data, the paper uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the innovative ability of science and technology in international service outsourcing industry. It shows that the innovative ability of Jilin province is poor in China. In order to further develop the innovative ability in international service outsourcing in Jilin province, the paper puts forward some suggests, that is: to give full play to the innovative subjects of science and technology in international service outsourcing, to promote the innovative mechanism of science and technology in Jilin Province, to improve the innovative environment of science and technology.
