Several Points on Innovation in Investment for Native Private Equity

摘要：

Starting from the current situation of native Private Equity (PE) investment status in China, this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems in Private Equity investment. Then this paper proposes some innovational strategies and political recommendations foi native Private Equity Investment in China to promote its healthy and stable development. Take for examples, we should determine the investment projects with the industrial policy in our country, guide the hunter-type to the farmertype, give it with financial leverage support appropriately, and develop Private Equity based on RMB and so on, which are in order to promote healthy and stable development of native Private Equity.
