Experi-research on the Relation of Operate Result and Operate Localization About Foreign Capital Business Enterprises——Based on Korea Investment Enterprises in China
There is evident relation in operate result and operate localization about foreign business enterprise. Firstly, to define operate localization, as Korea investment enterprises in China, for the example, investigated its present condition in localization, then study the internality relation of operate result and operate localization. South Korean enterprises should continuously reform and improve its localization in order to adapt to new changes in Chinas environment. To increase the result of subsidiary company, oversea direct investment business enterprise also must realize management localization which is adapted to local culture.
