Reserch on knowledge creation & knowledge transfer in supply chain

Your Abstract: Under the supply chain environment, enterprises technology innovation need to acquisite .process and integrate the knowledge between different firms in the supply chain upstream and downstream. This paper regard the supply chain as a whole system.try to study the process and its influence and factors of knowledge creation .knowledge transfer within the supply chain. The process of Knowledge creation in supply chain including knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing and knowledge integration. There are many factors such as knowledge type > organizational characteristics, network characteristics and trust that infulence the knowledge transfer between .enterprises in supply chain.
