Analysis on the Development Strategies of China Postal Express and Logistics
Facing the circumstance of rapid development of modern logistics industry in the world, foreign express logistics giants sweep into the Chinese market one after another, State-owned and private logistics enterprises develop vigorously, market competition aggravate. Its very important to analyze and formulate competition strategies suiting for the development of China postal express logistics.Combining actual situation of reform integration of China postal express logistics with shareholding reforming, this paper analyses the strengths and weaknesses for developing postal express logistics, then provides competition strategies of postal express logistics.
