This text introduced the related theory of Logistics field and emphasized to analyze a point effect field, wire effect field and surface effect field; Systematic analysis the plateau high cold natural environment, economic ring and communication environment, introduced its effect on Logistics field mode, finally proposed a counter plan on plateau high cold logistics construction.
