Research on Business Model of 3PL Enterprises Based on Supply Chain Integration
There are new opportunities and challenges for development of Chinas third party logistics after post-crisis era. From the perspective of supply chain integration, firstly, this paper studied the typical cases of empirical third-party logistics business models and classified models of 3PL business based on business objects and services, resources and the coverage of supply chain integration, then analyzed the main features of 3PL business models, operational process, applicability and typical examples. Finally, the current paper divided the 3PL business model into five typical business models that are functionoriented, centralized purchasing, agent distribution, logistics platforms and supply chain integration business models.
