Analyses of the Competition Tactics of Third-party logistics Based on The View of Niche

摘要：

Based on the ecology niche theory, this paper reviewed the enterprise niche breadth and niche overlap s connotation. And on this foundation the author built the third party logistics enterprise competition and mutual benefit system model and draw the third party logistics enterprise competition strategy.
