Allocation Method of Project Team Compensation:Based on Shapley Value
According to the internal team compensation allocation problem, we set shapley value as the rules of how many each one should take from the team rewards. Through rational calculation, we will have the compensation share rules determined, and it will be used to solve the problem of interior fairness of team compensation distribution. The purpose is to improve the compensation incentive effect, to increase the team members working enthusiasm , and to enhance the team work performance.
