Financial Risk Under the Dual System of Chinese Economy

摘要：

Finance is the core of modern economic development. Currently, the Chinese economy is standing at the turning point and it contents a dural system. The paper mainly analyses the influence of this dural system and concludes how systematic issues aggravate the financial risk. Firstly,the Chinese financial system lacks of a modern enterprise system to control investors and institutions; secondly, the reform of financial system does not achieve any practical progress for building a modern enterprise system; thirdly,the responses of Chinese government towards financial risk have neglect effects.
