Incentives of Knowledge Sharing among Team Members
As an important form of the development of organization, team shows more advantages than the traditional organization, entering into the ear of knowledge economy, knowledge sharing reflects its increasing important role in improving the performance of organizations. To achieve a higher level of performance, thus to be more competitive, the leads of teams should take measures enhancing the members’ enthusiasm of knowledge sharing. For the existence of prisoner’s dilemma among team members, we have met with greater challenges in encouraging decisions. This paper aims at exploring different Incentive programs from different perspectives, so as to make the team more effective.
