Under impact of macro-control and bank credit crunch, real estate trust booms over the last two years, with rapid growth of the real estate trust and arrival of real estate trust’s check honor period, the liquidity risk of the real estate trust manifests prominently, the paper make a suggestion for causes of “blowout of real estate trust, the confronted risks and countermeasures, so as for discussion of experts and everyone.
