The rapid development of the third party payment produces opportunities and threats to the commercial banks. Competition and cooperation is the relationship between them. But in a quite long period，cooperation will be major, and will bring about a win-win result. Commercial banks and third party payment have broad space to cooperate in ebusiness online payment & Industry-oriented payment.
