Research on the Loaning Problem of Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in China

摘要：

The small and micro enterprises (SMEs) in China plays an important role in national economic development but their loaning problem has become one of the major impediments of development. By defining the concept and characteristics of SMEs, this article analyses their financing situation and summarizes the main causes of the loaning problem from the angles of the enterprises, the banks and credit policy to search for possible solutions to the problem, control the loan risk and raise their credit awareness.
