Risk Measurement and Sensitivity Analysis of High-tech Investment
The high-tech investment project has the distinguishing features of high input, high risk and high output making the risk assessment crucial in the project. The sensitivity analysis is a common uncertainty analysis method for the decision of risk investment project. This paper extends a two-factor sensitivity analysis model of the high-tech investment project to the multi-factor case resulting in reduction of computation cost. The new model is especially suitable for the investment project with low risk. It can decrease the risk of investment efficiently, and thus improve the veracity of investment decision. By using concrete examples we emphasize in investigating the risk measurement method of portfolio high-tech investment in order to determine the optimal decision of portfolio investment.
