SME Board Listed Companys Financial Boom Evaluation Using Grey Incidence Analysis Based on Cash Flow Factor Analysis
The establishment of SME board is of great importance to the whole economy because it offers an cherish opportunity for small and mediumsized enterprises to raise money in capital market. Therefore how to evaluate the financial boom of SME board becomes a critical issue to prevent financial risk. This paper tries to solve this problem by constructing a new evaluation system for SME board with the use of factor analysis and grey incidence analysis to various indicators based on cash flow. It has been shown that evaluation system for SME board with the use of factor analysis and grey incidence analysis based on cash flow is more effective and objective than traditional one. In the end, several recommendations are made for small and medium-sized companies to achieve a healthy and sustainable development.
